Appointment Cancellation Policy
Guests may be requested to provide a credit card to reserve an appointment with Paris Parker®. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any change to a single service and 72 hours notice for any change to multiple services, spa packages and group and bridal services. If for any reason you do not show or cancel within the day of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge payment in full for the cost of future service appointments.
For massage appointments, please call guest services to book your appointment at 888.990.2468. Guests of Paris Parker® Spa must be 18 years of age or older. Guests between the ages of 14 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please let your guest services representative know if you are pregnant, have any special medical conditions or are under doctor's care.
