Tackle Humid Hair with these Tips
Are hair and humidity the combination you hate the most? It doesn’t have to be! Follow along with Paris Parker to learn more. While we’re all dealing with sweltering summer temps and humidity (and trying to get our hair and makeup to behave otherwise), style and beauty website Refinery 29 asked lifestyle bloggers residing in some seriously humid cities how they keep their looks in check – and we weren’t surprised when both Aveda and New Orleans blogger Andi Eaton made the list.
One of Andi’s favorite hair and humidity-fighting beauty tricks is using Aveda’s Color Options eye shadow transformer for a powder cat-eye. “A liquid eyeliner will melt in the humidity,” Eaton says. “The cat-eye has a powdery finish, but it stays all day and doesn’t crease.” From makeup to moisturizers and dry shampoos, the five trendsetters interviewed have a ton of great anti-humidity recommendations.
