What is Salon Today Magazine 200?

The Salon Today Magazine 200 Competition

Salon Today Magazine 200 names Paris Parker one of the top in the industry. Each year you may see a poster go up in the salon window, or may receive an email announcing that we have been named to Salon Today Magazine’s Top 200 list. We wanted to take a moment to explain exactly what this list is, why it means so much to us – and, ultimately, why it should mean something to you.

Salon Today Magazine started this national competition 20 years ago to help distinguish excellence in the beauty industry.

To enter, salons across the country complete an in-depth application about their business from topics ranging from customer service, education, and community involvement to innovation, profitability, and culture.

Once received, Salon Today Magazine’s team of experts painstakingly evaluates each application and selects 200 of the best of the best salons from across the country. These salons demonstrate excellence and are the driving forces in the industry.

Paris Parker has been named to this prestigious group almost every year since the list began in 1996.
